  • Services: Shipeezy offers the following paid services
    1. Shipments reforwarding
    2. Purchase Assistant
    3. Additional Services: Consolidation, Storage and Special Services
  • Pricing includes:
    1. Shipment Reforwarding: Price includes the Shipping from our hub to the delivery address EXCLUDING duties and taxes
    2. Purchase Assistant: Price includes the price of purchasing the goods plus a commission fee in addition to the cost of shipping the purchased goods to the delivery address EXCLUDING duties and taxes
    3. Additional Services:
      1. Consolidation: If you decide to group several packages you have received to save on shipping money, Shipeezy offers you this service at a small additional fee of 2 EUR per package
      2. Storage: Your package will be stored for a full week for free and after a week, you will be charged 5 EUR/Box/Week

  • Weight Calculation: Your package will be shipped in Express The Express transport price of your package is calculated based on the Chargeable Weight of your shipment. The Chargeable Weight is the highest of Gross Weight and Volume Weight. The Volume Weight of your shipment is calculated as (Length x Width x Height) /5000
  • Duties and Taxes: The price you pay Shipeezy for the transportation does not include the custom duties and taxes you will have to pay at destination: Your country’s customs administration may determine you owe a duty or tax. Usually, every shipment crossing an international border is subject to the assessment of duties and taxes. Each country determines the assessment of duties and taxes differently. Custom duties are usually based on the Declared Value of the Merchandise. Shipeezy is not responsible for the calculation or payment of custom duties and taxes; These duties and taxes are billed by the Carrier to you as the consignee of the goods. In most cases you will not be able to take possession of your package if you do not pay the custom duties and taxes
  • Insurance: Unless requested specifically, goods are shipped uninsured and compensation for lost or damaged shipments will be for a maximum of 100 USD per package. Shipeezy strongly recommends contracting an insurance for valuable items. Please contact us for an insurance quotation
  • Allowed and Prohibited items: There are restrictions on the transport of goods if they are likely to:
    1. Endanger the physical integrity of a person or material
    2. Harm the environment in case of contact or spillage during transport
    3. Be against any law of origin or destination country

Shipping prohibited goods exposes you to the risk of your package being blocked or destroyed by the carrier. If your package is blocked, its retrieval is your responsibility. You may be charged an additional fee and will not receive any refund for the shipping costs or your goods in case of a dispute. You are also legally responsible for any material or bodily harm that your products may cause during transportation

  • The following commodities are NOT accepted by Shipeezy under any circumstances:
    1. Live animals (including but not limited to mammals, reptiles, fish, invertebrates, amphibians, insects or birds)
    2. Hunting (animal) trophies, animal parts such as ivory and sharks fin, animal remains, or animal-by-products or derived products not intended for human consumption, prohibited for movement by the CITES Convention or local law
    3. Human remains or ashes in any form
    4. Bullion (of any precious metal)
    5. Cash (current legal tender as bank notes, currency notes, coins)
    6. Loose precious and semi-precious stones (cut or uncut, polished or unpolished)
    7. Complete firearms, ammunition, explosives, explosive devices, including inert explosives or test pieces, air guns, replica or imitation firearms or ammunition
    8. Illegal goods, such as illicit drugs, included but not limited to narcotics stimulants, depressants or hallucinogens. Cannabis or its derivatives
    9. Counterfeit goods in breach of intellectual property rights (IPR)
    10. Obscene or immoral objects
    11. Items that, by their nature or packaging, may pose a danger to postal workers or the public, stain or damage other mail, postal equipment, or property belonging to third parties
    12. Documents that have the character of current and personal correspondence exchanged between persons other than the sender and the recipient or people living with them
  • The following items will NOT be accepted for carriage UNLESS otherwise agreed to by Shipeezy after properly studying the case:
    1. Antiques, works of art and fine art valued more than EUR 500,000
    2. Banderols/Tax stickers valued more than EUR 500,000
    3. Cigarettes, cigars, tobacco products and electronic cigarettes or accessories valued more than EUR 500,000. Electronic cigarettes and accessories require Shipeezy
    4. Dangerous/hazardous goods including but not limited to perfumes, aftershaves, aerosols, flammable substances, dry ice, biological substances, UN classified dangerous goods, and any goods specified as such under International Air Transport Association regulations (“IATA”), the Agreement on Dangerous Goods by Road (“ADR”) or International Maritime Dangerous Goods (“IMDG”) regulations.
    5. Commemorative Coins or Medals, High Valuable Collectables, including but not limited to Comics or Books (First Editions), Trading Cards, Stamps, Memorabilia with a total or individual maximum value of EUR 2,000 are allowed for carriage.
    6. Hunting (Animal) trophies and animal’s skins not intended for human consumption contained within Appendix II and Appendix III of CITES Convention (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild fauna and Flora).
    7. Financial and monetary commodities valued more than EUR 500,000. Examples include activated SIM cards for mobile telephones, gift cards, event tickets, lottery tickets, money or postal orders, pre-paid phone cards, tickets (blank stock), vouchers/tokens, unused stamps etc.
    8. Jewelry and watches valued more than EUR 10,000.
    9. Toy guns, firearm parts, ammunition parts, Tasers or controlled military items. Firearm attachments, such as mountings, sights, night vision, gunstocks, silencers, torches, magazines or clips, flash suppressors and signature reduction devices.

About Lithium Batteries and Electronic devices

Allowed: Package with equipment containing less than 2 batteries or 4 cells are accepted for transport without the lithium battery mark.
Example: A package containing a notebook computer may have 1 lithium-ion battery and 2 small lithium metal coin cells installed

Not Allowed:  Lithium Batteries that are known or suspected to be defective or damaged or recalled present a high safety risk to personnel and property and are not permitted on aircraft under any circumstances. When it is known or suspected that a defective or damaged or recalled Lithium Battery is enclosed within a laptop, mobile phone or other device, the battery must be removed before Shipeezy can accept the shipment.
